Reservations
All of our reservations are made online. All our treatments and packages are offered by reservation only.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or modify an appointment free of charge, please contact us no later than 24 hours before your appointment. This delay gives another customer the chance to reserve the canceled time slot.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without complying with our cancellation policy, we may charge you a fee that corresponds to the loss suffered. The charge could be up to 100% of the cost of the care booked.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed are taxes included.

Medical Restrictions
When booking, please let us know of any particular health concerns you may have. If you are subject to medical recommendations, if you are prone to allergies or if you suffer from physical illnesses likely to influence the choice of your treatment, the advice of a doctor is recommended.
Acute inflammation
It is not recommended to receive a massage during an acute inflammation, because it can worsen your condition. It is therefore preferable to wait until the inflammation has subsided before having a massage.
Phlebitis
Phlebitis is due to clot formation in the deep venous network of the lower limbs. Massage is not recommended, as massage can dislodge the clot and cause more serious problems.
