The Swedish massage is a relaxation massage performed with oil. Its purpose is to release muscle tension and promote good blood circulation. 

The deep tissue will seek deep relaxation, work the muscles but also the fascias. I use my fists, elbows, forearms to vary the pressure and reach the different muscle layers.

Kinesitherapy is movement therapy. It is a combination of joint mobilizations, massages and stretching.

Are your muscles under heavy strain during a workout? This massage is for you! I would focus on the muscle groups used according to your practiced sport and even adjust your stretches at the end of the session.

Thai massage is a contact technique that is practiced with clothes on a futon. It combines yoga techniques as well as energy points. 

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique that aims to drain the lymph and thus eliminate toxins. Say goodbye to heavy legs!
